Job Summary:
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate properties in Athens, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Advertise and fill vacancies through various marketing channels
- Screen prospective tenants and handle lease agreements
- Collect rent payments
- Address tenant concerns and maintenance issues promptly
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Conduct property inspections regularly
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
- Keep accurate records of property-related contracts and correspondence

Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Conflict management abilities to handle disputes or issues professionally
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants, vendors, and team members
